Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 6z6 ("we", "us", "our", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the 6z6 online betting and gaming platform available at https://6z6.bet and all associated services, features, content, and products.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 6z6 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Eligibility Requirements

To register and use a 6z6 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the 6z6 platform in any capacity.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by 6z6 for a violation of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any other person when registering or using a 6z6 account. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on 6z6. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances across all accounts held by the same player. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The following obligations apply to your account at all times:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• You must notify 6z6 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• You must keep your registered contact information — including email address and phone number — current and accurate at all times.
• You must not share your account or allow any other person to use your account under any circumstances.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered under your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

6z6 reserves the right to close or suspend any account that is found to be in breach of these registration rules, and to void any bets or winnings associated with that account pending investigation.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All financial transactions on 6z6 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 6z6 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 6z6 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of 6z6.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission during standard operating hours. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically completed within five to fifteen minutes of processing.
• 6z6 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC may experience delays in withdrawal processing.
• Deposits made by a particular method will generally be returned via the same method upon withdrawal. 6z6 may, at its discretion, use alternative verified payment methods where required.
• 6z6 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large transactions or unusual account activity. During such reviews, withdrawals may be temporarily held pending the outcome of the review.

Funds deposited to your 6z6 account are held in a player funds account separate from 6z6 operational accounts. Your balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6z6 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the general conditions below. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times are considered bonus abuse.
• 6z6 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a promotion has been exploited in a manner not consistent with the spirit of the offer.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit promotions are available to new players only. Players who have previously held a 6z6 account are not eligible for new-player promotions.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account without notice.

6z6 may, in its absolute discretion, modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion or bonus at any time. Where possible, advance notice will be provided; however, 6z6 is under no obligation to provide advance notice for changes to ongoing or future promotions.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on 6z6 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game type, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed price or odds and the correct price or odds, 6z6 reserves the right to settle bets at the correct price. The following general betting rules apply:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Confirmation occurs when 6z6 issues a bet reference number to the player following placement.
• 6z6 reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded or where the outcome was already known at the time of placement ("late bets").
• In the event of technical errors, server outages, or manifest errors in odds or game outcomes, 6z6 reserves the right to void affected bets. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day may apply. Current maximum payout limits are available on request from the 6z6 support team.

Responsible Gaming

6z6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. Gambling should remain an entertainment activity. 6z6 provides the following tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session time alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent self-exclusion from the 6z6 platform at any time by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be suspended and no deposits or bets will be accepted.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and net wagering position are available and can be configured from account settings.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 6z6 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud, money laundering, or any use of the platform to process proceeds of criminal activity. 6z6 actively monitors for suspicious financial activity and will report confirmed cases to the appropriate authorities.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Collusion between players to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event, including match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated betting patterns.
• Chargebacks or reversal of payments made to 6z6 through any payment provider. Any player who initiates a chargeback will have their account immediately suspended and outstanding balances withheld pending investigation.
• Registration using false, misleading, or third-party identity information. All accounts found to have been registered using false details will be closed and all balances forfeited.

6z6 employs fraud detection systems and reserves the right to investigate any account or transaction it deems suspicious. Players who cooperate fully with investigations will have any withheld funds released promptly upon confirmation that no prohibited conduct has occurred.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 6z6 platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is the property of 6z6 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the 6z6 platform without prior written consent from 6z6.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6z6, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 6z6 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

6z6's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 6z6 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy and Data Protection

6z6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 6z6 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 6z6 uses SSL encryption on all sessions to protect data in transit. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties and will only be shared with service providers where necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, or prevent fraud.

Amendments to These Terms

6z6 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 6z6 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the platform and, where practicable, by notifying registered players via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the 6z6 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account at any time.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 6z6's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration. 6z6 is committed to resolving all complaints fairly and promptly. Players with a complaint should contact the 6z6 support team in the first instance, setting out the nature of the complaint in writing. 6z6 will respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
